Brian in Korea

So it has been a while since my last post, oops! However, that does not indicate that we haven't been busy! Brian and I moved to an apartment in Tempe so that I could be closer to ASU. No more long abnoxious drive everyday! It was worth the pain of moving in the middle of a semster.

Now Brian is in Korea taking lots of pictures, which you can see at http://www.flickr.com/photos/redbed16s/sets/72157605611292017/show/. I went out to visit him for a few weeks. Let's just say I won't be driving in Seoul anytime soon! Traffic laws are for sissies there.

New Assignment

Well, after much ado, Brian finally has his next assignment. After he is finished with training around March 2008 he will head to Kunsan AFB, South Korea for a year. This tour is "unaccompanied" meaning I will stay here and finish my degree at ASU. Then we will meet up at Misawa AFB, Japan around May 2009 where we will make our home for the next three years or so. Fair warning...apply for your passport now and start saving for the outrageous airfare! :) We hope to see you all there!

Labor Day Weekend 07

Unfortunately every creative bone in my body has been squashed by the ridiculous amounts of stop-and-go slow-torture driving I have been doing lately, so I don't have much to say, other than the basic note that the Grand Canyon is amazing.

Alone At Last!

Well, it is official...Brian can fly an F-16 with no one else in the cockpit. For some of us, this is a scary proposition. For everyone else (Brian), it is cause for an ear-to-ear perma-grin.
